I am offering a new course in the fall, on The Way of Council. I have been wanting to teach this course for a while, as I think council-work is a key practice at the heart of being human. It is a must for elders, in particular, who have traditionally been the main holders of council. I also think we need to have this practice strongly in place for handling the complex, uncertain world we now live in.
